National Academy of Higher Education and Development run & managed by 'SRK Foundation ' was set up in 2016 to impart education and give training in Certificate and Diploma Courses. SRK Foundation registered under Indian trust Act 1882 Govt. of Bihar & Govt. of India running under National Education Policy(NEP) 2020 - MHRD Govt. of India registered under CR-Act 1957 Ministry of HRD Govt. of India (Dept. of Secondary & Higher Education). N-Ahead established by an article 29 & 30(1) constitution of India. N-Ahead is an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization. N-Ahead working under it's own constitution & Bye Laws to assure & promote the quality in the vocational courses. All Diploma/Certificates are awarded autonomously by the N-Ahead.

Unnikrishnan Vs Govt. of Andhra Pradesh AIR 1993 Supreme Court 2178 verdict voluntary organization like Trusts, Societies etc. have right to spread education and issue Certificates for Degrees/Diplomas Courses.
